I've been looking into lifting treatments lately, and I've noticed that even for the same Ulthera or Thermage, there is quite a significant price difference between clinics.

Is it simply that prices vary from hospital to hospital, or Does the number of shots, treatment area, equipment, or whether genuine tips are used also affect the price? I'm curious.

Since it's my first time getting it done, I feel uneasy about places that are too cheap, but I'm not sure if I absolutely have to go to an expensive place.
