My personal method for joint care

When I was young, I fell and my knee filled with water, swelling up.

Since then, I have been consistently doing walking exercises to strengthen my knee muscles and also doing knee stretches for joint care.

As I get older, I feel that exercise alone is not enough, so I am also taking joint supplements and applying massage cream.

I am taking Oncare Chondroitin as a joint supplement, and I think it's good.
