I usually do it around April every year, but since I moved away from the hospital due to becoming a company director, I am only able to do it now.

Even though I was told to manage it daily, I still got nagged to use dental floss, and when they said to do resin because my gums have slightly receded, I lightly brushed it off and said let's see next year.

It definitely feels refreshing after doing it.

I think I need to manage it like this so I won't have a hard time later. I do it once a year.
