I'm worried about a crack in my tooth.

The molar is a large tooth, and I had a check-up a few days ago, but they said there are cracks visible in the areas where the molar was filled with gold.

They say to be careful because it can become solid; if the teeth break apart, then you just have to get an implant.

I'm wondering if it's better to cover it with a gold crown in advance.

Gold crowns are better than implants, aren't they?
