My 6th grade daughter was visiting the hospital for her regular check-up, and they said she needs orthodontic treatment. The hospital is not a specialist orthodontic clinic, so they told us to go to a specialized clinic. Is it generally the right time for children to get braces around this age? Also, depending on the situation, I hear the cost of orthodontic treatment these days is around how much? If I get a quote and pay in cash, I hear there are discounts. Would it be better to do it cheaply? Sometimes there are scams, so I wonder if paying each time as the treatment progresses is the right way.
