Is it better to get implants done in Seoul?

Recently, while eating caramel, the gold crown that was on my tooth fell off. I went to the hospital and had it reattached, but I was told that if it falls off again, I will need an implant. So I just responded and left, but now I’m wondering whether I should visit another dental clinic for a consultation or just stick with my usual place. My father is the only person I know who has had implants, and he had them done in Seoul. (He had several implants but never once said it was painful.) Since I’m in a provincial area, should I go to Seoul to get it done?
