(Concern) My wisdom tooth is impacted.

I am in my 40s and I haven't had my wisdom teeth removed.

All four sites are only embedded and not coming out.

I don't really care whether the upper wisdom teeth are impacted or not.

One of the lower wisdom teeth is impacted and protruding significantly.

I experience inflammation and pain in that area approximately once every five years.

If I go to the dentist and get it disinfected again, it will settle down.

Each doctor gives different advice.

There is an opinion that because the wisdom tooth is attached to the nerve, a major surgery is necessary, and to just leave it alone.

There is an opinion that it would be better to remove it at that level.

How do you usually do it?
