Front tooth correction

I'm okay with other things, but only the gap between my front teeth is open, so I thought I needed to do everything to get braces, and I was worried about the cost. Also, since I'm an adult, I thought it would be inconvenient to live with braces. But after looking around here, it seems like I can just get my front teeth corrected? So I thought, this is it. Because the gap in my front teeth was causing me a lot of stress, I couldn't even smile properly...ㅠ So, I'm curious about how long I need to wear braces for my front teeth and what the process is.
