Does not getting an implant cause memory decline?

I had a molar extracted. My gums are weak for an implant, and I am worried about what to do.

I heard that when the nerves in the teeth become inactive, it can lead to memory decline. Hearing that it also increases the risk of dementia makes me more worried.

I regret how much better it would have been if I had taken good care of my teeth.
