Is an implant a safe procedure? Should I undergo it at this point?
I don't think it's quite right to say there's a 100% guarantee for anything... but still, being able to chew thanks to implants improves the quality of life.
I believe that there are definitely many people who have improved a lot. However, on the other hand, I think there might be side effects.

The mechanism to fix the teeth... implanting it so that later, because of that, the jawbone over time may actually become affected around that area.
Could it crack or gradually cause some kind of problem to occur?
