Is an implant a safe procedure? Should I undergo it at this point?

I don't think it's quite right to say there's a 100% guarantee for anything... but still, being able to chew thanks to implants improves the quality of life.

I believe that there are definitely many people who have improved a lot. However, on the other hand, I think there might be side effects.

I haven't tried at all because I was worried for a long time. I wondered if I could save my teeth as much as possible with the nerve treatment I had done in a foreign country...

Eventually, after about four years, it just falls out. Instead of doing root canal treatment and trying to preserve it forever, I just decided to extract it from the beginning...

Is getting an implant the wisest choice? And the largest, longest molar among the lower teeth was previously treated with root canal therapy.

Ultimately, time has passed and it has fallen out, leaving an empty space. Do I need to get an implant? By drilling a hole into the jawbone.

The mechanism to fix the teeth... implanting it so that later, because of that, the jawbone over time may actually become affected around that area.

Could it crack or gradually cause some kind of problem to occur?
