(Concern) Those who have had implants~~?!

I have been using this implant successfully for over 10 years.

I use interdental brushes along with my regular brushing every evening.

Is it because of that, or is it because a lot of time has passed?

There is a large gap between the implant and the adjacent tooth!! The gap between the teeth has widened significantly, and it seems like food gets stuck more easily... It's uncomfortable!!

Should I go to the dentist for a check-up?!

Or should I remove the crown placed on the implant again... If anyone has had a similar experience, please respond!!
