It's been about 8 years since I had braces.
I still visit the dentist regularly even after getting braces.
Before scaling was covered by insurance
I visit regularly once or twice a year for scaling, and I also have an oral examination once a year.
I always use a tongue cleaner and dental floss when brushing my teeth haha. Then my teeth stay healthy!!
