Tooth decay

The examination results showed that there is a slight cavity on the inside of the child's upper front tooth. We almost never give sweets and brush well after meals, but it still appearsㅠ. The dentist said it can be monitored, but can it disappear if I brush diligently? I’ve heard that sometimes cavities in young children disappear after treatment, so I’m wondering about that.
