Can tooth wear occur even if there is no tooth sensitivity?

When I look in the mirror these days, the tips of my front teeth seem a little more worn than before.

I didn't feel any pain or coldness at all, so I just thought it was because I was getting old 🦷
Can teeth wear down from habits like clenching them, even without pain?

통증이나 시린 증상이 없어도 치아 마모가 진행될 수 있어요 이갈이나 이를 악무는 습관처럼 치아에 반복적으로 힘이 가해지면서 조금씩 닳을 수도 있고, 산성 음료나 음식 때문에 치아 표면이 약해지면서 마모가 진행될 수도 있다고 하더라고요. 초기에는 별다른 증상이 없을 수도 있다고 해서 앞니 끝이 예전과 달라 보인다면 치과에서 한번 확인해보는 게 좋을 것 같아요. 평소 이를 꽉 무는 습관이 있는지도 같이 살펴보면 좋겠네요
