Why is it that foods that require a long chew are particularly uncomfortable?

Lately, hard food is fine, but
I get self-conscious about one side of my teeth when I eat only foods that require a long chew.

It's fine when I chew the first few times, but
If I keep chewing, that part feels a bit tired.

It’s hard to call it pain
It’s not like I don’t feel anything at all, so it bothers me even more.

I'm worried that I might have cavities or a broken tooth.
I am wondering if I should go to the dentist.

In such cases, rather than the tooth itself
I'm wondering if it could be uncomfortable due to chewing force or occlusion.

Those who have had similar experiences
I am also curious to know what you heard at the dental clinic.
