Has anyone had a procedure related to tonsil stones?

Lately, even though I brush my teeth and gargle thoroughly, I keep worrying about bad breath and feeling a foreign object sensation. I realized it might be tonsil stones. 😭

I'm trying to remove it myself because it's risky and keeps recurring, so I'm looking into ENT surgery or laser/ultrasound procedures!

Has anyone by any chance undergone a procedure or surgery regarding tonsil stones? It would be a huge help if you could share your experiences regarding pain, recurrence, and side effects! 🙏
