    초기2주동안은 아무래도 착색되는 것들 섭취를 제한해주면 좋구요. 
뜨겁고 차가운것과 흡연 음주도 삼가하는것이 좋습니다

    치아미백 후에는 최소 48시간에서 1~2주까지 재착색이 잘 될 수 있어 커피,홍차,와인,카레,김치,초콜릿,흡연을 피하는 게 가장 중요해요. 
평소에는 식후 3분 이내 양치 또는 물 헹굼, 빨대 사용, 치실·치간칫솔, 6개월~1년 주기 스케일링을 꾸준히 하면 밝아진 색을 더 오래 유지하는 데 도움이 되요
