Please let me know if there are any important things I shouldn't miss when getting dental implants, even more so than the price.

I am looking into dental implants due to dental issues, but the cost difference is greater than I expected, so I am struggling to decide which criteria to use when making a choice.

At first, I thought price was the most important factor, but considering that it is a long-term treatment, I realized I needed to look at other aspects as well.

For those of you who have received treatment firsthand, what was the most important criterion when choosing a hospital?
