After visiting the dentist so many times because of my teeth, I realize the saying that teeth are one of the five blessings is true.

It costs a lot of money, and it's so stressful.

Are hot drinks bad for your teeth?

Sometimes I feel a tingling sensation when hot food touches me.

저도 요즘 치과 다니느라 우울하네요 너무 뜨겁고 차가운 음식들이 치아에 해롭다고 해요 건강한 치아를 가지고 있을 때 치아관리 잘 해야될 것 같아요

맞아요.. 치아 진짜 ㅠㅠ 컨디션 안좋은날에는 멀쩡했던 치아도 아프고 그러더라구요. 최근에 일본에서 치아를 다시 자라게하는 연구를 하고있다던데, 잘 성공해서 상용화되면 좋겠네요. 뜨거운것 차가운것 둘 다 치아에 안좋고, 가장 안좋은 것을 둘이 번갈아서 자극주는것, 그리고 탄산이라고 합니다.

너무 뜨거운 음식 너무 차가운 음식 둘다 치아에는 좋지 않은듯요... 너무 딱딱한 것도;;;;;; 결국 나이들어가면서 다 느껴지더라구요. 건강할때 관리 잘해야 하는 듯
