[Question] I sometimes feel sensitivity when drinking cold water or brushing my teeth.

It's not like that every time.
Sometimes I experience slight tooth sensitivity when brushing.
It doesn't happen every week, just occasionally, but I am hesitant about whether I should visit the dentist because of this.
It only happens when I brush my teeth or rinse my mouth with cold water; it seems fine when I eat normally, so I don't really pay much attention to it.
Furthermore, I go for regular checkups about every six months, but I am not told that there are any particular problems.
Still, whenever my teeth feel sensitive like this, I worry that there might be a problem with them. Is visiting a doctor the only option?
