I have worn down teeth in the lower center, so I've been getting regular checkups. They say if they become worn down, they could need root canal treatment. 저도 치아 마모가 심한 치아가 있어요
치아 마모가 진행 중이라면 잇몸과 치아 경계부를 부드럽게 닦는 것이 중요하지요 
칫솔모가 너무 힘이 없으면 오히려 힘을 주어 닦게 되니, 모 끝은 가늘면서 대는 탄탄한 이중 미세모 제품이 좋은데요 
저는 큐라덴 치솔도 좋은거 같아요

잇몸이 약하시다면 굴곡진 곳까지 잘 닦이는 이중 미세모를 추천드려요. 
본인 치아 크기에 맞는 적당한 헤드 사이즈를 선택하는 것도 잊지 마세요!
