I get scaling done once a year because of insurance.
Would it be better to do it every six months? I'm curious about the cost of scaling without insurance.
Because of the cost, I only get it done once a year, but would getting it done more often help prevent cavities?
Also, I only get dental checkups when I get my teeth scaled, and I don't go after that.
Is it a good idea to go to the dentist often?
Even though I'm getting older, I still don't want to go to the dentist ㅠㅠ
Scaling also feels more painful than refreshing.. haha
There is no situation where you can go to the dentist with peace of mind, whether it hurts or not.
