Park Na-rae, the diet secret 'OnAOnA', what's it about... Perfectly pulls off the 'slim fit' one-piece dress
Comedian Park Na-rae's diet secret, which she reportedly succeeded with after more than ten years, is a hot topic.
On the 31st of last month, MBC's 'I Live Alone' featured Park Na-rae, who successfully lost 6kg, visiting a boutique in Hannam-dong.
On this day, Park Na-rae flawlessly pulled off a slim-fit red dress with a body free of excess fat. At a clothing store, she caught attention by looking for an 'XS' size outfit.
Last year, Park Na-rae announced her pledge to lose weight by taking a 'body profile' photo. Since then, she successfully lost 6kg over four months by combining a diet plan and exercise.
Park Na-rae mentioned 'Onao' as her secret to successful dieting. Onao is short for 'Overnight Oatmeal,' a recipe that involves adding yogurt or soy milk to oatmeal and refrigerating it overnight.
Narae Park said, "The most I ate while dieting was oats porridge, brown rice, natto, avocado, smoked salmon with chazuke sauce, and rye bread. My cheat meals were always meat and vegetables." She also stated, "The day after a mukbang, I always maintained a 16-hour fast. I combined cardio and strength training in my workouts."
Oatmeal is made by flattening roasted oats. It is rich in dietary fiber, protein, essential amino acids, and trace nutrients (such as calcium, potassium, and iron), making it famous as a balanced nutritional diet.
It has also been known to be effective in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases and diabetes. Oatmeal is rich in soluble fiber, which is effective in lowering cholesterol.
It contains an active compound called beta-glucan, which has immune-modulating effects against cancer. Additionally, it is effective for weight management and skin beautification due to polyphenols and tocopherols, and it is also effective in relieving constipation.
However, overeating can also cause side effects.
Consuming too much oatmeal can block fat burning and cause a spike in insulin. To avoid sudden increases in blood sugar and insulin after eating oatmeal, it is recommended to eat it with proteins such as bananas, eggs, or yogurt.
