When my blood pressure rises just a little, I need to take medication, but my blood pressure fluctuates unpredictably.
I think it is very related to psychological state.
So, I take a deep breath, inhaling for about 4 seconds, then exhale slowly and completely.
I think it calms down a bit if I repeat it like that.
And I've been consistently taking coenzyme Q10, so I think I'm feeling a bit better.
And I also like slow jogging; I think it's the most effective.
The advice from the hospital is to lose weight and avoid eating salty foods. Let's all manage our blood pressure well.
