Clicking sounds when sitting down and standing up during squats
Why does it happen to me?
It's not that I'm feeling sick or anything, but the noise is bothering me.
I'm also wondering if there might be another issue.
Have you experienced making a sound when doing a squat?
I don't know the reason why only one side is producing sound.
