Introducing the health supplement I am taking

I recommend the Helicobacter Project Will from Korea Yakult. My mother recommended it to me, so I started drinking it, and since then I have had constipation, but I noticed that I go to the bathroom more frequently every morning, which was good. It is also indicated to be good for stomach health, so I drink at least one bottle every day. The price is 1,600 won per bottle, which is not cheap, so that part is a bit burdensome.
