Side effects of breast fat grafting

I am concerned because I have a small chest. I have always been interested in breast surgery. Breast fat grafting involves taking fat from other parts of the body.

I understand that it involves inhaling and inserting into the chest and breast. I am concerned because I believe this method may interfere with early detection of breast cancer. Also, I know that even if fat from other parts of the body is injected into the breast, the original texture and softness of the fat cannot be maintained.
