When I woke up in the morning, my throat was stinging and uncomfortable.

But when I speak, my voice gets hoarse quickly, and I feel a foreign sensation, like something is stuck in my throat.

My voice gets hoarse easily and I clear my throat frequently.

Could these symptoms be related to reflux laryngitis or vocal cord nodules?

Are there any neck care methods or dietary improvements to alleviate symptoms?

역류성식도염은 없는지 내시경 한번 해보세요. 증상을 보니 명치 통증이나 불타는 느낌 그리고 신물이 올라오는 느낌은 없는것 같아서 확실하지는 않네요 단순 목이 아파서 그럴수도 있겠어요. 따뜻한 물 많이 드시고 가습기 사용해서 실내 습도 40-60프로는 맞춰주세요 아마 자고 일어나서 목이 잠긴거는 방안이 너무 건조해서 목이 잠겼을 가능성 있습니다.
