Have you seen results from any diet supplements?

I am in my 30s and always very interested in dieting.

I grew up chubby, so the only time I was thin was when I was born prematurely. I think I was always thinking about dieting.

 

The first time I decided to go on a diet was when I was a student and was overweight, so I remember walking a lot and jumping rope.

And I dieted to fit into a dress before my wedding, and I'm still doing it now that I'm in my 30s.

Even if I try to be careful, my weight always stays at an overweight level.

 

I don't eat that much, but I think I'm addicted to carbohydrates.

I really love rice, bread, and noodles.

I just can't give this up, so I'm eating it little by little during the day and when I'm active.

I wonder if my metabolism has slowed down. I used to lose weight doing this, but now it doesn't work.

 

 

I am well aware that I need to exercise, but I was wondering if anyone has seen a synergistic effect from taking supplements.

I saw some results from the one containing psyllium husk, apple cider vinegar, and banaba leaves.

I've found that having good elimination makes my body feel lighter and my skin better. Also, since I eat a carbohydrate-rich diet every day, I feel like blood sugar-regulating products are helping, so I've been taking berberine lately.

    다이어트 보조제는 식약처에서 체지방 감소 기능성을 인정받은 성분(카테킨, 가르시니아 등)이 포함된 건강기능식품으로, 운동 및 식단 조절과 병행 시 미미한 도움(평균 약 1kg 내외)을 줄 수 있으나 드라마틱한 효과는 기대하기 어렵다고 합니다.
    실제로 주위에서도 다이어트 보조제로 효과를 봤다고 하는 사람은 아직은 못 봤네요~

    다이어트 보조제라고 하는데 사실은 배변 활동 원활하게 해주어 배출 잘되는 원리가 많더라구요. 전 다이어트 보조제는 먹은적 없지만 엄마가 꾸준히 드셨는데 그나마 차전자피랑 알파cd 가 배변이 잘되어서 좋다고 만족하더라구요. 특히 차전자피는 먹고 나서 물도 많이 먹어서 그런가 변비에는 효과 최고였어요
