Is it a concern?

I used to have tinnitus before, and it was usually a high-pitched sound like a whine. But since I changed jobs, I keep hearing my name being called. At first, I thought it was because I was tired, but even now, as I get used to work and am doing well, I still hear it occasionally.

The ENT doctor said there are no abnormalities, but I can't quite accept it as just stress, so I'm feeling frustrated.

Is this also tinnitus? The ENT department couldn't find the cause. Which hospital should I go to?
