[Concern] Upper abdominal bloating with no apparent cause

The most noticeable symptom is frequent burping.

It's not something that continues for a long period, but rather it happens after being okay for a while, then experiencing bloating and frequent burping repeatedly. During the day, there are almost no symptoms, and they mainly occur at night. When the symptoms first appeared, I suffered for a few weeks, and instead of lying down with a pillow stacked high, I mostly just leaned back comfortably. Over time, the intervals between episodes lengthened, and the symptoms became somewhat milder, so now even if bloating occurs, it doesn't last more than a few days. That's at least a relief.

However, there doesn't seem to be any particular cause for this...

I also had an endoscopy, and I thought I might have gastritis, but there was no significant inflammation, and they said my condition is actually good.

In the end, I was prescribed basic medication plus a sedative.

Usually, I feel bloated more at night, which also affects my sleepㅠㅠ

Should we consider it as pure neurosis?

I'm thinking about taking more medicine...
