I'm in my mid-40s and planning to have my first colonoscopy.

So far, I have only undergone basic health checkups.
This year, I am planning to undergo a colon examination for the first time. Are there any precautions I should be aware of before or after the test?
Additionally, besides the basic check-up, what are the essential screenings or tests that should be done at this age?
I get endoscopies, cervical and breast examinations regularly, and I have thyroid ultrasounds once every 6 months to a year.
And I am also curious about how much you usually pay for the bundled health checkup sets.

- 01CommentsDid you go to the hospital and get a prescription for medicine and eye drops? I'm also suffering right now because I have a stye and even developed blepharitis. I hope you take your medicine and get better soon.430026.10.20
- 02CommentsIf you have multiple family members who have suffered from dementia, it is understandable that you would be worried. You do not necessarily have to take brain supplements to prevent dementia. Just because a supplement is said to be good for brain health does not mean there is sufficient evidence to prove that it actually lowers the risk of developing dementia. If you have a family history, it is more important to identify your own risk factors and focus on proven preventive care rather than choosing supplements first.770026.10.16
- 03CommentsI understand that the cost of the medication is a burden. In that case, try taking the medicine while also adjusting your diet. If you manage your health and improve your physical condition, the need for medication will gradually decrease.550026.10.15
