I walk enough to get around most distances on foot without any major issues.
I walk about 1-2 subway stations away to take care of errands, and I also walk back.
There was a brief crisis, but I was confident in walking because I consistently managed my weight and did walking exercises.
But recently, I suddenly felt a sprain in my knee, and now I can't seem to put strength into my leg.
There is no problem walking around inside the house.
My legs feel sore after just about 10 minutes of walking whenever I go outside.
What kind of symptom could this be? I'm wondering if I should go to the hospital.

- 01CommentsDid you go to the hospital and get a prescription for medicine and eye drops? I'm also suffering right now because I have a stye and even developed blepharitis. I hope you take your medicine and get better soon.400026.10.20
- 02CommentsIf you have multiple family members who have suffered from dementia, it is understandable that you would be worried. You do not necessarily have to take brain supplements to prevent dementia. Just because a supplement is said to be good for brain health does not mean there is sufficient evidence to prove that it actually lowers the risk of developing dementia. If you have a family history, it is more important to identify your own risk factors and focus on proven preventive care rather than choosing supplements first.710026.10.16
- 03CommentsI understand that the cost of the medication is a burden. In that case, try taking the medicine while also adjusting your diet. If you manage your health and improve your physical condition, the need for medication will gradually decrease.530026.10.15
