Please recommend a hospital that specializes in pediatric proteinuria.

My oldest child is in the third year of high school, and when they were in sixth grade in elementary school, they had a bladder infection that led to pyelonephritis.
Since then, proteinuria has continued to appear in tests.
Every time I have a school check-up, it shows positive for proteinuria, so I always have to retake the test.
I'm worried that even as an adult, there might be potential issues or health problems.
