Has anyone here ever received a prescription for sleeping pills?

I have really severe insomnia.

I think it has worsened as I go through menopause.

I think I need to take sleeping pills.

Has anyone received sleeping pills through telemedicine prescriptions?

Do I need to visit the psychiatrist in person to get a prescription?
