(Question) My tonsil stones are really bad. How can I get rid of them?

I used to wear masks a lot during the COVID era.
I currently wear a mask while working at my job as well.
I wonder if it's because my skin got dry from the mask.
At some point, I was struck by a disease called tonsil stones.
I heard that it occurs when your mouth is dry.
It's not like I don't drink water at all.
It's not like I don't brush my teeth, though.
I don't know why I get tonsil stones so often.
It started to bother me because something I didn't have when I was young suddenly started recurring periodically.
I've been diligently using a tongue cleaner and mouthwash, but it's still serious.
I haven't taken separate photos, but tonsil stones come out periodically.
It just suddenly popped out while we were talking at work, and I was so surprised.
I was wearing a mask so I didn't get infected by others, but
I couldn't spit out the kidney stone in front of the customers while working, so I held it in my mouth.
It was so annoying and uncomfortable.
(I went to the ENT doctor recently and got a prescription for tonsil stone medication.)
And it popped up out of the blue even while I was on a date with my boyfriend, so I was really... so flustered..
Tonsil stones really smell like the worst I've ever had.
As those who have experienced it know, the foreign body sensation in the throat is a problem, but the smell is the absolute worst.
Even as I write this, I can smell tonsil stones every time I breathe.
So I get self-conscious whenever I meet my boyfriend or acquaintances.
Because of the smell and the fear that it might pop out while I'm eating... I'm on edge every single moment.
I went to the ENT clinic recently and had tonsil stones removed.
They removed only the visible parts for now.
But after a day, it's exactly the same again;;;; Seeing that the smell is exactly the same, I wonder if something that was hiding inside came out;;
I'm taking the medicine, but the smell is still the same.
How do I get rid of these tonsil stones?
If anyone has fully recovered, please share your experience in the comments. Please...
I can't see any stones even with the flashlight on at home, but the smell and the feeling of something stuck in my throat are really bad.
