Toffee Nut Latte ~😋

My right calf is stiff and painful when I step on it.

I went to the neurosurgery department because of it, and it was due to a herniated disc.

He said it seemed like it and that he would do shockwave injection therapy.

A total of 4 injections each in both lower backs and both calves

He put number 16 on me.

It hurt so much that tears welled up haha

While drinking a warm toffee nut latte after treatment

The sweetness instantly lifted my mood on my way home 🥰
