A person I neither like nor dislike

Whenever I see him on variety shows, he seems to really enjoy drinking, but since he's a celebrity and shouldn't cause trouble, I remember him saying he only drinks near his house, like in those variety show documentaries.

So, I initially thought that the issue might have arisen because of the panic disorder medication mentioned in the first article, and I also felt a moment of sadness.

But the CCTV footage that comes afterward doesn't seem to be an ordinary situation.
