Is there a possibility of a heart disease with right chest pain?

Has anyone experienced right chest pain along with numbness in the right arm?

Recently, I have been experiencing persistent right chest pain that keeps bothering me, along with a tingling sensation extending to my right arm... I read that most heart problems usually involve the left chest and left arm numbnessㅠ

But I keep experiencing repeated pain in my right chest, so I'm worried. I'm not sure if it's related to a heart problem or if there's another cause. If anyone has had a similar experience, please leave a comment. 🙏
