Hair loss supplement

Overall, I have thick and coarse hair. Gray hairs have appeared in my bangs, and each time I plucked one or two, no more hair grew back in that spot. Now that my scalp is starting to show, it’s bothering me. Has anyone experienced positive effects from hair supplements or topical treatments for hair loss?
