Inquiry regarding thinning hair on the crown and the effects of scalp injections

I used to be told that I had thick hair, but lately the hair on the crown of my head has become noticeably thinner, and the gaps between the strands are clearly visible.

I suddenly feel upset and depressed because it seems like the amount of hair falling out when I wash or comb my hair has increased. I am thinking about getting scalp scaling or scalp injection treatments like exosomes.

I am curious if receiving treatment consistently at the clinic actually makes my hair thicker and fills out the volume. I would also like to know if the effects are maintained with injection treatment alone, without taking medication.
