I'm trying to prevent hair loss by taking nutritional supplements.

I've been noticing this for a few years now, but my hair has been thinning a bit. Several of my friends are stressed out by hair loss, so I've realized that hair loss isn't something I can ignore. So, I've been researching information and purchased two supplements to prevent hair loss. I'm planning to continue taking these supplements and do everything I can to prevent hair loss before it becomes serious.

Actually, I can't say for sure that my hair has thinned out compared to a few years ago, but it's a subtle, personal feeling. Since I know a few people who are struggling with hair loss, I think I've naturally become more concerned about my hair.

Anyway, I started thinking that I should do something, even if it's just a small thing, to prevent hair loss in advance, so I bought two nutritional supplements and am taking them.

To prevent hair loss, the first supplement I purchased was a collagen supplement. As people age, the collagen in their scalp decreases, which can cause hair loss. This decrease in collagen causes the dermis layer of the scalp to thin, reducing blood vessels and blood flow. This reduces the supply of nutrients to the hair, which in turn contributes to hair loss. That's why I began to believe that collagen is important for hair loss prevention, and I've been taking it ever since.

Another supplement I've been taking to prevent hair loss is MSM. Many people believe MSM is effective for joint health, but I've heard that one of its main functions is to create the proteins that make up hair. Therefore, MSM is said to be a very effective ingredient for hair health, making it shiny and elastic. After researching this and reviewing actual research results and reviews, I decided I absolutely had to take MSM to prevent hair loss, so I bought it and started taking it.

I'm currently taking two supplements to prevent hair loss. I'm not sure how effective they will be, but I'm trying to do what I can given my current situation.
