저도 머리 감을 때 너무 많이 빠지네요..ㅠ 스트레스도 탈모가 올 수 있다고는 하더라구요..
I was already worried because my father and grandfather have hair loss genetically, but so far I had plenty of hair and it was okay. However, over the past few months, I've noticed that the amount of hair falling out when I wash my hair has increased. It also seems like my hair is getting thinner.
I've tried shampoos that are said to be good for hair loss, and I also do scalp nourishment, massage, and manage dryness... but I don't think there's much change.
I've been feeling quite stressed lately, but is this a temporary reaction to that? Or is it that hair loss, which didn't occur when I was younger, is now appearing later on? ㅠ
Is there no other way besides taking medication for hair loss?
