Pregnant women are worried about constipation.

I'm approaching 13 weeks of pregnancy, but my symptoms have become very severe in a short period, and I'm worried. My body feels extremely tired, and I've definitely reduced my exercise. Maybe because my lungs haven't been used to much activity, it's become very difficult to see stars. Morning sickness is so severe that it's hard to drink water, so my water intake has decreased, leading to hard stools that won't come out, and my belly is so swollen and bloated that it's scary.ㅜ

    임신하고 나니 정말 안 좋아지더라구요ㅠㅠ

    전 임신때 참외를 하루 한두개 먹으니 화장실 잘 가더라구요. 첨외가 찬 성질이라 많이 먹으면 그렇더라구요. 혹시 많이 힘드시면 시도해보세요.
