First of all, this is a very large and spacious hospital.

여기 소아과 새로 생겼나요? 건물이 쌔삥인데요? 작고 오래된 것보다는 넓고 큰 게 좋긴하죠. 그렇지만 그보다 친절하고 다정하다는 게 좋네요. 부모님 이야기 잘 들어주시는 거 원쵸!! 미안한 이야기지만.. 어떤 의사들은 자기가 최고라는 생각에만 갖혀서 부모가 설명하는 것도 제대로 듣지 않잖아요. 아이가 어떤 증상을 어떻게 겪었는지 그리고 부모의 걱정도 제대로 들어주어야 선생님과 저 사이에도 신뢰가 형성된다 믿어요. 신뢰가 있어야 낫는 것도 더 잘 나을테니.. 그 부분이 제일 좋네요.
