My blood pressure is usually high, so I visited the hospital for the first time in a while to see a doctor and get some blood pressure medication.
The location is just a 100-200 meter walk from Naedang Station in Daegu, and I took the subway instead of driving to help conserve energy during the war. There is an underground parking lot, so going by car is also a good option.
I went inside, received treatment from the director, and also measured my blood pressure using a blood pressure monitor.
As expected, it's high blood pressure. Since high blood pressure only requires consistent medication, I got my medicine as usual and left. There is Duryu Park across from the hospital, so I did some exercise before heading home.
As you get older, you have to take good care of your body. Haha.
