They give thorough examinations and encourage me to persevere and do well since the treatment takes a long time, so I trust them and go there. All the hospital staff are kind and explain annoying questions or parts I don't understand again, so I feel comfortable asking even small questions. The hospital facilities are spacious and clean, and parking is available in the tower parking lot or in front of the hospital, so I can easily park and receive treatment.
