During the treatment, they explained everything from the cause of my skin condition to treatment methods in an easy-to-understand manner. I was unnecessarily scared, but they didn't overly scare me. They gave me realistic advice on how to manage my condition, which gave me confidence. The treatments were also gentle, so I felt comfortable, and afterward, my skin felt much calmer, which was a relief. I'd definitely return if I ever experience any skin issues! I highly recommend them.
