I was impressed by Dr. Kim So-young's attentiveness, as she carefully listened to my symptoms and carefully checked to see if I had a simple cold or other underlying causes. She was concerned about the possibility of the flu and tailored the medication to my current symptoms, which reassured me. She also provided detailed guidance on precautions for daily life. The clinic was also kept clean, and the wait time was shorter than expected. My symptoms improved quickly after taking the medication, which further enhanced my satisfaction.
