The entire process, from registration to treatment, was relatively quick and organized, so I didn't experience any major inconveniences. The waiting room was clean and well-organized, and even though there were many patients, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
In Clinic 1, Dr. Jang Jin-woo carefully asked me about my symptoms and personally checked my throat and respiratory condition. He explained in detail whether I had a simple cold or the flu, which put me at ease. He prescribed injections and medications tailored to my symptoms and explained dosage instructions and precautions in an easy-to-understand manner.
After the consultation and taking the medication, I felt my throat pain gradually ease, which was satisfying. Overall, I felt like this was a trustworthy hospital. I would definitely return to this hospital again for a cold or other minor internal medicine symptoms.
